HOBART, WI, July 7, 2017 — Base Companies, Trout Creek Veterinary
Center, Hobart Family Chiropractic, and the Village of Hobart, on Saturday, July 15 at 10:00am will celebrate the Grand Opening for the new commercial retail Centennial Centre Marketplace found at 560 Centennial Center Blvd., Marketplace District, Hobart, WI 54155.
The Marketplace District is located in Hobart, the fastest growing municipality in Wisconsin. The surrounding community has 8,500+ residents that demand service-based businesses close to their homes. The Marketplace District is a strategic location for businesses to capture thousands of loyal customers.
The Centre’s two current anchor businesses are; Trout Creek Veterinary Center and Hobart Family Chiropractic. “Leasing activity is vibrant and in full swing”, said Paul Belschner, President and CEO of Base Companies, owner of Centennial Centre Marketplace. “Two additional tenants have also committed to space at the Centre; plans are for their businesses to open in late summer.”
“We have the opportunity and the responsibility to create projects that are integral pieces of the Village of Hobart’s growing community and master plan,” added Belschner. “The Centre is designed as a place of quality and charm where people will shop, work, dine and gather. The building is expressly designed for expansion and future growth as well as bringing new and added amenities to the fast-growing community. We are extremely proud to partner with the Village and its community”.
Trout Creek Veterinary Center, a full service veterinary clinic owned by Dr.
Tracy Kusik, opened for business this April in the new Marketplace District.
In addition to wellness care, vaccines, and spay/neuter surgeries, Dr. Kusik and her team provide same day sick pet care and advanced surgery services including cruciate (knee) surgery and fracture repair, along with full dental care. They have separate dog and cat entrances, and strive to provide “fear-free” low stress visits to their cat and dog patients.
Dr. Kusik has provided veterinary services in the area for over 20 years. This is her newest clinic, and she brings along her experienced team, Shannon, patient care coordinator, and Melissa, CVT.
“Dr. Tracy and Melissa have a great compassion for animals. They both have a way of explaining what is happening to your pet in terms you can understand,” according to Jill B., a current client who brings her 3 dogs to Trout Creek.
The clinic is open conveniently early at 7am Monday-Thursday, and 8am on Fridays, for early morning drop offs of sick pets before clients head to work.
“Providing excellent, calm and compassionate care has been my
passion for the past 23 years. We are excited to be a part of the friendly, beautiful community of Hobart, and we welcome our neighbors to stop in and say hello!”, says Dr. Kusik.
Hobart Family Chiropractic, owned and operated by Dr. MarieAndree Gelinas, DC, CACCP, opened its doors last March in the Centennial Centre Marketplace. Dr. Marie offers care for the whole family, from newborns to elderly.
Dr. Marie has 12 years of chiropractic experience. She is a prenatal and pediatric chiropractor who relocated her existing business to the Hobart community. She completed advanced training in the pediatric and prenatal fields which lead to the acquisition of her Pediatric Certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). She is also certified in the Webster Technique, which is a safe and gentle method to treat pelvic misalignments during pregnancy. “Of course I love helping people of all ages; but my biggest passion is working with babies and pregnant women”, states Dr. Marie.
Dr. Marie helps pregnant women with issues such as: Improper baby positioning (breech), back pain, headache, nausea, etc. When it comes to pediatric care, she cares for issues such as ear infection, constipation, poor sleep, torticollis, and more.
Muscle rehabilitation and cervical traction are also common parts of her treatment programs. “We are looking to add a massage therapist to our team”, adds Dr. Marie. She believes that massage therapy is an important complement to chiropractic care. She is hoping to be able to offer this service to the community from under her roof soon.
Alliance Construction & Design was the General Contractor for the project.
The event is open to the public. Trout Creek Veterinary Center, Hobart Family Chiropractic, the Village of Hobart, and Base Companies invite you to join in the celebration which will include balloon art and face painting for children, ice cream from Monkey Tailz and a demonstration by Officer Tremel of the Hobart-Lawrence Police Department and his K-9 partner Bax, etc. Please join us!
